1st Squadron 9th Cavalry We are a newly started squad, with members being added all the time! Our objective, or goal is mainly to have fun. With that said, we believe in working in teams, with each soldier having his or her own responsibilty. Therefore, we assign different "jobs" to do, for each member. We have ranks, objectives and responsibility each and everytime we play. We believe in working like the real soldiers did during The Vietnam War. Why that specific squad, you might ask? The 1st Squadron 9th Cavalry was one of the most active units of the 1st Cavalry Division. They participated in pivital campaigns such as the Ia Drang. The 1/9th was unrivaled when it came to locating the enemy and quickly pinning them + shooting them down, and landing troops to clear the area. The exact thing we are trying to replicate here.
